JYACC’s New York, NY headquarters seeks an Associate Consultant to meet with clients to determine specific business needs. Specifically:
- Process improvements to systems including decomposition, scoping, and optimization;
- Identify business case, key opportunities, and ROI;
- Drive Business Playback sessions;
- Perform programming of Lombardi Blueprint and Lombardi Teamwork’s Optimizer software features in the context of solutions;
- Program and implement process flows, services, business logic, and user interfaces;
- Program model organization and task routing rules utilizing WebSphere Modeler and business ILOG rules;
- Requirements gathering and analyzing;
- Conducting JAD sessions;
- Documenting business and technical artifacts such as BRD, FRD, RTM; and
- Create data flow diagrams, use cases, and sequence diagrams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, or related academic field plus two (2) years of experience in the Job Offered or as a Programmer Analyst or similar IT position.
Experience:
Experience, which may be gained concurrently, to include two years of each of the following:
- requirements gathering, programming and implementing computer systems;
- business rules programming;
- using different software methodology such as Rational Unified Process, Agile; and
- using Rational products such as Rational Rose and MS Office applications.
Must have demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to work independently. Frequent short-term travel is also required. Multiple Openings. M-F 8:00-5:00.
