Satya spearheads the global operations of SemanticSpace. Satya is an established veteran, innovator and entrepreneurial leader in the software development industry. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped build SemanticSpace successfully. Satya holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

P V S Raju

Director
P V S Raju is a Post Graduate in Physics and Business Administration. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Commercial and Investment Banking. Mr. Raju presently advises some leading corporations on aspects relating to Corporate Governance and financial restructuring.

Ajay Mittal

Director
Ajay Mittal has over 15 years of experience in funds management, taxation and finance. He has been with UTI Venture Funds (UVF) since its inception and has played an active part in the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and monitoring the investments made. He represents UVF on the Boards of portfolio companies such as Marksans Pharma, Koutons Retail and SemanticSpace. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by profession.

Ajay was earlier involved in managing the 'India Access Fund,' a U.S $80 million India dedicated offshore fund of UTI.

B. Sridevi

Whole Time Director
Ms. Sridevi is a founding member of the company. She has over 15 years of diverse experience in Human Resources & General Administration. She is instrumental in establishing two business units of the company in Hyderabad. Prior to joining the board of SemanticSpace, Sridevi has served on the board of another highly successful IT organization, which was acquired later by a leading multinational IT Services company.

Satish Deshpande

Director
Satish Deshpande, a Metallurgical Engineer from BHU-IT - Varanasi and MBA from IIM – Ahmedabad, has 16 years of working experience in manufacturing companies. Before joining New Vernon, he was responsible for Indian operations of a leading US distributor of electrical hardware, Sigma Electric (NC, USA). There he recently led a team that acquired $20Mn in additional business and successfully transitioned the manufacturing to India. Earlier Satish worked as CEO of Insulation Division of Sahney Kirkwood, a leader in the manufacture of high voltage mica based electrical insulation. Satish has completed his second MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He has received training from GE Power Systems as Green Belt – Six Sigma.

Vivek Mundra

Independent Director
Vivek Mundra is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad with over two decades of experience in the Indian financial markets. He is the promoter-director of Jet Age Securities Pvt. Ltd., a company that provides quality brokerage services and top-notch research support to financial institutions, mutual funds, HNIs and corporate clients. He advises many leading corporations on aspects relating to corporate Governance, financial restructuring etc. He is one of the active alumni of IIM, Ahmedabad.

He has instituted the "Smt. Lakshmi Devi Mundra Scholarship", given to a student who shows promise for the future with regards to performance improvement. This has been instituted at the Aravali Institute of Management, Rajasthan to express his appreciation for the encouragement and support he has been receiving from his mother in his career and life.

Dr.Nageshwar Reddy

Independent Director
Dr.Nageshwar Reddy is a renowned name in the medical services field of Gastroenterology. Dr. Reddy obtained an MD in General Medicine from Madras University and a DM in Gastroenterology from PGIMER, Chandigarh. During his academics, he won nine gold medals and the best outgoing student award at the Kurnool Medical College, Andhra Pradesh. He was elected the First Endoscopic Grandmaster by Asian Endoscopy Master’s Forum in Singapore; Japanese Endoscopic Research Award (1991); B C Roy Award from Indian Medical Council (1995); American Biographical Award for outstanding Gastroenterologist with contribution to world literature and Padma Shri by Govt. of India (2001) and many more.

He established the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology Hospital, one of its kind in Asia, catering exclusively to GI patients. It also serves as a training arena for aspiring doctors across the world. The Governments of Sri Lanka and Singapore have ties with this hospital for training their postgraduates. He has many accolades to his credit for his service to humanity, professionally, academically and socially. He is an honorary member of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy since 2004.
